Lian Beng subsidiary secures S$107.5m construction contract

CEL Newton has awarded United Tec Construction, which is a subsidiary of Lian Beng, a S$107.5 million contract to construct a Newton condo with a total of 378 apartments at Kampong Java Road.

The District 9 residential site is located near Newton MRT station.
